  • There is a two pet maximun per apartment. A $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee is required for one pet or a $400 Non-Refundable Pet fee for two pets. There is an additional $50 pet rent monthly per pet.

  • There is an Application fee of $50 per application and a one-time $200 admin fee.

  • The resident pays for electric. Water/Sewer are billed back on ledger monthly.

  • Each apartment for rent is complete with walk-in closets, additional storage space, and a patio or balcony.

  • Our community offers easy access to I-65 and I-69, making it easy to get to Downtown Indianapolis. We are also are also in the prestigious Center Grove School District.

  • You can go to https://devonshireapartments.residentportal.com/ to access your resident portal Within this portal, you can submit work orders, review your leasing agreement, and more. There is also an app available in the app store for easy access to resident portal.

  • There is a $300 minimum security deposit but it could be equal to one month's rent based on screening.

  • Open parking and private detached garages with remote entry are available for an additional cost.

  • Our maintenance team is here to help 24/7 during all office hours, and during non-office hours for emergency maintenance situations.

  • Early termination fee of 2x the monthly rent
